Your HQ is yours.

This is a plain summary of how Clarity Rooms handles your information during early access. Last updated October 2026.

What we keep

• Your email address, so you can sign in.
• What you put in your HQ: room names, tasks, bookmarks, pinned notes and your choices like window views.
• Suggestions you send us from the cog in your HQ, with your email so we can reply.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase in the EU, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Only you can read your HQ. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Emails

We only email you to sign you in and, if you have something due, a short morning reminder. Every reminder has a link to turn them off.

Deleting your data

Email jonnythebackpacker@gmail.com and we will delete your account and everything in it.
